How do you get your screenshots into the store?

Making screenshots is one job. Getting every size, for every device, in every language, into App Store Connect and Google Play is another. Some people drag them in by hand, some use fastlane, some just ship the bare minimum. What does your upload process look like? Which step do you dread the most?
