Hopefully this comes to Canada soon.

Signing up directly with HBO Now is same price and gets the programming about 12 hours after it airs.

Pros:

Integrated well with my Fire TV

Cons:

I subscribed to HBO. Bill Maher's and John Oliver's shows were not available until 2 or 3 days after they aired on the network.

What exactly is the benefit of amazon channels? You still have to pay an additional fee for each individual channel service correct? Is this amazon's answer to apple tv?
