Albert is psychological support that lives inside Telegram. No app to install, no signup, no waiting room โ€” you open a chat you already have and start typing.

I built it for a specific gap. The gap is not therapy. It is the Tuesday at 1am when something is sitting on your chest and there is nobody to say it to. A session is three weeks out. An app you have never installed is friction you will not get through at 1am. A chat window is not.

Before this launch I put โ‚ฌ10 into a single Telegram channel placement, because I wanted a real audience rather than friends being polite. Then I looked at what those people actually did โ€” and re-ran every conclusion I thought I had. Two of my three findings did not survive. One of them died because I had been measuring the wrong thing entirely. That is what the video is about.

The finding that held up is also the problem I cannot solve yet: inside a conversation people keep going โ€” 81% of replies get another message back. But only 28% ever come back on a different day. Albert is fine at talking. It is bad at being remembered.

So that is what I would genuinely like your read on: what makes you return to something like this? Reminders were the obvious answer, and the only direct evidence I have says they can backfire โ€” a 1-star review telling me I kept sending the same thing every day.

Free to try. And Albert is not a replacement for therapy or crisis care โ€” it says so itself, on the first screen.

I am in the comments all day.
