AI Daily - Ten minutes a day to keep up with AI

AI Daily reads 20+ sources every hour, dedupes the noise, and writes a bilingual (English/Chinese) summary of what matters: industry news, what AI leaders are posting, new launches, open-source repos, funding, and model rankings. One issue a day, free, by email or RSS.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built AI Daily because keeping up with AI had turned into a second job: dozens of blogs, X, Hacker News, Product Hunt, GitHub Trending, funding news, model leaderboards. I wanted one page I could read in ten minutes, and I wanted it in both English and Chinese, since half of what I follow is written in each. How it works: • Every hour a pipeline pulls from 20+ sources: OpenAI, DeepMind, Anthropic, TechCrunch, The Verge, Ars Technica, Hacker News, Reddit, Product Hunt, GitHub Trending, and posts from ~40 AI researchers and founders on X. • Near-duplicate stories are collapsed into one, keeping the most credible source. • An LLM writes a short summary in both languages, tags companies and models, and scores importance. • Every 3 hours the new stories are condensed into a few key points, so the live page is always current. • At 00:00 UTC the day is frozen into an issue with a headline and an editorial, emailed to subscribers, and posted to X. What you get: • Industry news, voices from X, product launches, trending open-source repos, funding and M&A • Daily model rankings by real token usage (via OpenRouter) and newly listed models • Topic pages for every company, model and person, so you can follow just Anthropic or just Nvidia • Full-text search across everything ever collected • Email, RSS, and a Chinese-language Telegram channel Every summary links to the original. AI Daily is a reading layer, not a replacement for the sources. Tech, for the curious: the whole thing runs on Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2, with the ingestion pipeline on GitHub Actions. It costs almost nothing to run, which is why it's free. I'd love to hear which sections you find useful and which ones you'd cut. Reply here or hit reply on any issue email, I read all of them.
