0.3.33: Claude's new plan names, and no 5-hour limit on Ultra

Claude renamed its plans on October 30. Max 20x is now Ultra and Max 5x is now Max. Ultra has no 5-hour limit any more, only the weekly one, so the ring on my bar went empty. In 0.3.33 the ring follows your weekly limit when there's no 5-hour one, and Plan limits shows just the weekly bar.

Your plan's name is now a small orange badge in front of your limits, in the panel and in the Claude Code status line. The status line now has two rows like the panel: this session on top with the model and context, your plan and its limits below. Its bars got round ends like the ones in the notch, in your terminal's text colour, so they read on light themes too. Reopen your terminal app once after the update so it picks up the new font.

On Pro or Max nothing else changes: the 5-hour limit is still there, and so is the fish when it runs out.
