Some numbers from the first 3 weeks

~490 pages built. ~2,850 photos uploaded onto them. And my favorite metric: we log how many photos people try to add, not just what their plan allows — 1 in 3 page-makers hits the photo limit and keeps going. Someone attempted their entire camera roll.

That one histogram rewrote our pricing. People don't want to choose between memories. Noted.
