We built this because load planning is what our LA warehouse does hundreds of times a day and we kept seeing brands ship pallets at 65% cube utilization, paying for air they didn't need to move. The tool runs the same bin-packing logic we use internally: try every allowed carton orientation, respect support rules so nothing floats, stack fragile items on top, and output the layers in the order a forklift crew actually builds them.
