Hey Product Hunt 👋 Solo dev here, I built 311tracker because NYC renters have no easy way to check a building's complaint history before signing a lease — and landlords know it. The official 311 site shows you individual complaints but gives you no building-level picture. I pulled all 1.9M complaints from NYC Open Data, built address-level pages for all 834,400 buildings, and set up a daily sync so it stays current. While building it I found something interesting: 206,844 heat complaints were closed as "duplicates" — but the original complaints stayed open for years. HPD's own resolution text says "conditions still open" on closed complaints. That's the kind of thing that only shows up when you look at the data at scale.
