The Sovereignty Stack: Why I built 24HRMVP, Cyphers, and Dogendary in one 3-week sprint
TL;DR: I spent the last 3 weeks in an AI-augmented "vibe coding" fugue state. I didn't just build a platform; I built an ecosystem. Here is the breakdown of:
24HRMVP (The Engine)

DOGEndary (The Keys)
The Context: The "Hard Reset"
A few weeks ago, a friend was quoted $15,000 for a simple automation script. That same week, I watched agencies quote 6-month timelines for MVPs that communities needed yesterday.
I realized that opacity is the enemy. The gatekeepers thrive when you don't know how fast things can actually be built.
So, fresh off a medical "hard reset" (literally - heart surgery that fixed a decade-long arrhythmia), I decided to prove a point. I didn't just want to build an app. I wanted to build the entire vertical integration of a digital community.
In 3 weeks I built three distinct platforms. Here is the intentionality behind each.
1. The Engine: 24HRMVP
What it is: A platform where communities vote on ideas, and we build the winner in 24 hours.
The Stack: Next.js 14, Express 5, Prisma, Socket.io, Railway.
The Intentionality: Radical Velocity.
Most "community" apps are just chat rooms. I wanted a factory. 24HRMVP isn't just about talking; it's about shipping. By forcing the 24-hour constraint, we kill the scope creep that agencies use to bill you for months. It proves that execution is a commodity; vision is the asset.
2. The Governance: Cyphers Mint Factory
What it is: An NFT minting platform built on Doginals (Dogecoin Ordinals).
The Stack: Dogecoin integration, IPFS, Next.js.
The Intentionality: Cultural Identity.
A platform needs a soul. 24HRMVP gives us the tools, but Cyphers gives us the tribes. I chose Doge/Doginals intentionally - it’s the people’s chain. Low fees, high memes, zero pretension. Cyphers isn't just JPEGs; it's the governance layer. These assets will eventually control the voting weight in 24HRMVP. You don't just use the platform; you own a piece of its culture.
3. The Keys: DOGEndary Wallet
What it is: A browser extension for Dogecoin and Doginals.
The Stack: AES-256 encryption, HD Wallet architecture, React.
The Intentionality: Sovereignty.
If I built the Factory (24HRMVP) and the Assets (Cyphers) but relied on someone else's wallet, I'd still be renting my ecosystem.
Building a wallet is hard but I felt necessary and there is far more that need be done for security audits. DOGEndary connects the user directly to the ecosystem without a middleman. It allows seamless login, voting signing, and asset management across the entire stack.
The "Why": The HOPE Loop
These aren't three random projects. They are a closed loop designed to Help Other People Excel (HOPE).
DOGEndary gives you access (The Passport).
Cyphers gives you voting power and identity (The Citizenship).
24HRMVP lets you use that power to direct what gets built (The Economy).
