I built these back to back, and the thing that surprised me was not the design layer — it was the page order. A dental clinic and a SaaS landing page cannot share one template. The clinic visitor is answering "can I trust these people": team, credentials, reviews, then booking. The SaaS visitor is answering "what does this do": product shot, benefit, pricing, then signup. Same components, completely different sequence. Recolour one generic template for a dentist and the client cannot articulate what feels wrong, but they feel it. Two other things I did not expect: The demo IS the product page. Writing feature bullets converted nothing. Putting all 20 clickable demos on one page changed how people responded immediately — so every demo here is public and free to inspect before you buy anything. Build order mattered more than framework choice. Doing 20 in a row forced a shared component vocabulary, and the last five took roughly a third of the time of the first five. Honest scope, because I would rather lose a sale than a reputation: these are frontend starters with demo UI flows, not full-stack boilerplates. No auth, payments or backend wired up — you connect your own. If you need a full SaaS boilerplate, this is not it. Happy to answer anything about the stack, the per-niche structure, or the process.
