One recurring issue we ve been seeing with Supabase setups is not the database itself, but how credentials are managed across environments. The common pattern looks something like:
credentials stored in .env files or secrets managers
multiple environments (dev, staging, prod)
manual propagation or duplication across those environments
It works, but over time it seems easy for things to drift:
a key gets rotated in one environment but not others
a redeploy misses an env var
credentials get misconfigured during setup or migration

Over the past few years, I ve ended up with a scattered stack of tools domains, SaaS subscriptions, plugins, licenses, hosting, etc.
Some are in Google Keep, some in emails, and others I forgot I even signed up for.
I m curious how do you track everything you ve purchased for your projects or startup?
Do you use a password manager?
Manual spreadsheet?
Some kind of custom-built dashboard?

@Paste just launched their latest version, and tbh I'm considering switching over but I'm curious to hear what other people use?I know @Raycast has a pretty powerful and integrated one that I'm considering using. I currently use @ Pasta which I love. Do folks have any they recommend? What's the consensus?
