Sebastian, recent studies have shown that more than half of us show up and then multi-task which ironically makes the meeting even less productive. First make sure an agenda and goals are set for every meeting. Those many times illuminate that some people do not need to be in the meeting, also sets expectations for those joining. In our company, we use our product with GroupChat to not only make sure people can be more involved, but it also allows us to accomplish tasks in a collaborative manner, rather than leaving the meeting with an hour wasted and a half dozen action items that we all go off and complete in silos.

@shawn_olds1 Absolutely agree! We use collaborative agendas, so it's clear what the goals of the meeting are but also everyone has a voice to add points.

I don't join meetings that don't have a clear direction of moving the needle forward.

Hey there! Gurkaran Singh here, tech enthusiast extraordinaire! When faced with an unproductive meeting, I like to sprinkle a little magic to make it more engaging. I often come prepared with thought-provoking questions or innovative ideas to steer the conversation in a meaningful direction. And hey, who knows, maybe we'll end up turning that unproductive meeting into a brainstorming session for the ages! Stay curious, my friends. 🚀 #TechLife #ProductivityHacks
