Depends on your product and your audience.
LinkedIn is the best for B2B.
Twitter is the best for building in public B2C, and it works for cheap B2B, too.

I mean PH works best, but I assume for our product twitter would work better than LinkedIn, but haven’t figured out how to go about it

It depends a lot on the type of B2B audience. Twitter works better than LinkedIn if you are targeting developers.
