Would you be interested in a "Private Knowledge Network"?

Hard to estimate but I'd say > 95% of what I know, what I'm interested in or what I believe is not public - and that's for the best! However, I would still love to be able to access like-minded people in my network without exposing any of the above. For example, being able to ask for good readings on neuroscience without having to randomly send to all my Whatsapp contacts or post on FB or Twitter. And if some of my relationships have watched Dune, have travelled to Bordeaux or have a child with ADHD, I would definitely prefer to get THEIR advice than some of random (but yet friendly) strangers on social media. Would you be keen to receive targeted queries from you network based on your "Private Knowledge" - of course without exposing any of it? Any thoughts?
