Great question! Honestly you should look for the simple and the functional: eat well (no junk food, no season), if you eat well you will sleep better. Sleeping better your health improves a lot, so does your looks. Exercise whenever it is possible, even if it is to take the ladders instead of the elevator. Do not use too much chemical products for cleaning yourself, 99% of the times a neutral soap does the job. If you do use chemicals, diminish them slowly. The more chemicals you use, the more your body responds (such as with oil in the skin), so it is similar to an addiction. Drink water regularly, not juice nor soda, water.

For me, getting good exercise in is the engine that keeps my fitness wheel spinning. If I exercise regularly, then good sleep comes easy which means I do not crave junk, and on it goes. So, get a personal trainer. That's it! No need to live life on hard mode.
