Somehow yes somehow no. Chatbots and virtual assistants will not fully replace human customer service representatives. While they can handle routine inquiries and tasks efficiently, the nuanced understanding, empathy, and complex problem-solving skills of humans are irreplaceable. While these technologies may handle up to 50% of routine interactions, the permanent need for human representatives, especially in sales and complex situations, remains vital. Recently, our firm hired few manufacturers rep to promote our products with the best strategy. So, these both will work with collaboration in the future.

I agree with Tuy Pin as there will be mutual collaboration for better results but no one can deny role of sales or manufacturers representatives. I'm witness of this manufacturers rep firm that how they have improved a lot of businesses with their hard work, dedication, and cutting edge technology.
