To solve pain... is it not the only reason?

I would say it's to gain time, be easy to use, and ideally an All-in-one to not rely on too many different products that does only one single task. In general, people hate to run 3-4 different products for one single purpose. It just adds unnecessary headaches, particularly for simple tasks. I would also want it to help me out getting rid of misinformation, it should have everything within it, so I don't get to look on Google ;D That's probably the most painful part of the equation, with false information, and contradictions being very common these days. If the product can be backed up with any kind of serious source through a link or document, that's even better. People would kindly just claim anything without any sources, which can add confusion when others would say the contrary. Spending hours, days or even months to get to the real data is the worse in my opinion. If your product can solve this, that's huge, and people would buy into this straight up! That's my brainstorm for today! ;D Cheers.

People don't buy products. They buy solutions to their problems. The best way to understand what people want is to get familiar with the actual problems they face. So the key to selling more is to try to understand the customer and help him solve his problem.
