At school, it was my math teacher, because he was the only teacher who understood the way I worked and let me get on with it. However, YC partners have taught me (via YouTube) more useful information which is relevant to my life than any other group of teachers. What about you Clara?

My art teacher, Mr. Franz C, who unfortunately is not anymore among us. During my years as a teenager, I wasn't really a great student. But he was the only teacher who saw potential and strongly believed in me. I'll be always grateful to him.

I had a media teach in high school who really pushed me to learn new things early on prior to university. The head start opened a lot of doors for me later on that have made for a pretty fun career. He was also just a really cool guy. Shoutout to Mr Mac!

Still my parents and my uncle. They taught me how to be a human, not just a person.

My favorite teacher was my dad's best friend, who became my English tutor in the 6th grade. As a writer for an English newspaper and magazine, he profoundly influenced my education. Upon our first meeting, he asked if I had a proper dictionary. I proudly showed him my 6-inch-tall Bangla-English dictionary. Unimpressed, he inquired about the windows in my room, tossed the dictionary out, and asked for a piece of paper. On it, he wrote a note for my mother, who promptly replaced my old dictionary with the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary. This marked the beginning of my English-only learning journey. Sadly, my teacher passed away while pursuing his Ph.D. in education in Canada, never knowing that his sole English student had authored numerous books, including some translated into various languages. I owe every word of English I speak to him. https://mjkabir.com/publications

Mr Alfred was my 5th grade teacher. I don’t remember a lot of teachers but he stands out for 2 reasons. There wasn’t a lot of men elementary teachers and he was a strong African American young man, so he stood out. He demanded respect, not for him as much as for the young girls in the class. He was harder on the boys, leading by example and requiring us to be gentlemen. He was a great role model.

It is hard to say... My favorite teacher was my English teacher at school. She was the best because she wasn't strict and you could talk to her about anything. Her lessons were interesting and inspiring. When I was at university she recommended research paper writing services to me, I used https://ca.edubirdie.com/research-paper-writing-services for this. We can say that she helped me even after school. She not only taught the language, but also made it fun. She was always ready to help and support me. Thanks to her, I became more confident in my knowledge.
