Building Solo! I've been trying to find a second team member but haven't found anyone yet. Once I start growing, I'll look for other people for my marketing tool.

Loving it! Even though it has its downsides (but also obvious upsides)
A quick tip I learned was you should build a team. I use to always be in the mindset of doing things myself. Yes it did get done, but with a team I was able to build and scale like never before. Best of luck to everyone who’s starting out and I hope this was useful to someone.
I build my social service in more time in Solo mode. Sometimes I am joined by expert volunteers.
By the way, I'm launching very soon. I will be glad to have your support!
Currently building solo for my mobile app that will be launching soon and then will be building with my brothers as we try to tackle a much more challenging project.
Solopreneur is a sad word. Don't build solo you will regret it. 🤔
