Which feedback management software do you use and why?

What feedback management system does your team currently use for capturing feedback, prioritizing feature requests, tracking bugs etc? What made you choose that tool over others? How has it impacted your workflow? Do you find it easy to collaborate and search?

I'd love to hear why you picked your feedback software as well as any downsides you've experienced.

skynova is great. First a little tricky to understand how it works, but you can always contact skynova customer service and ask them for a detailed instructions. You just need to do it once and after you not gonna have problems working with it.
