Deliverability is the likelihood that an email that's sent is going to be seen and interacted with.

The deliverability score includes factors such as sender reputation, authentication, domain set up.

• Sender Reputation: Is a score that an inbox service provider (ISP) assigns to your organization as it receives emails from your brand. The sender reputation can be impacted by:
		○ The amount of emails sent per month & whether they are being sent at a steady rate.
		○ The amount of emails that hard bounce
		○ The amount of negative engagement the emails receive such as being unsubscribed or marked as spam 
		○ The amount of positive engagement your emails receive such as opens, clicks, replies, forwards.
		○ If the company's domain or IP s are listed on impactful blocklists.
		
	If you have to send an marketing email from your brand's domain you need to build a positive reputation.
	
	• Authentication: the most popular forms of email authentication are DKIM, SPF, DMARC, BIMI. Authentication is directly related to the domain.

Depending on the purpose, there are tools available that offer email warm-ups and bounce protection. Tools that do email warm-ups typically automatically send (and receive) emails from your email address to a pool of about 20,000 other emails that have a good reputation.

Also, sendgrid or anything that uses sendgrid is usually a good option .

I use AWS SES, they have a ton of auth, great recommendations every now and then and so far I’ve had no junk mail, but I’ve not checked with anyone else yet. AWS require a fair amount of “reasoning” when applying, so I’d assume they don’t get blocked much.

I’d love to hear others opinions though, such an important topic for businesses
