Using an effective social media marketing strategy is the key to a successful social media presence. If you have been observing the e-commerce growth on social media platforms just like the rest of the world in the past couple of years, you already know that today, every business and brand use these platforms for many business goals. πŸ’Ό Besides your marketing strategy, the channel that you use your social media strategy on is also an important decision to make... πŸ™Œ As mentioned above, creating a social media marketing strategy for each platform specifically gets you the ultimate benefit from these platforms both with your customers and your brand in general. So, always consider what you can do with different platforms to connect with your customers better and faster. πŸ“±πŸš€ In this context, which of the following social media channels do you believe works the best for your business marketing strategy? πŸ€” Feel free to share your thoughts & in-channel marketing experiences in the commentsπŸ‘‡πŸ’¬

Mm we touched on this idea too at the tail end of our startup framework too (https://bit.ly/launched-diy-star...). It's something we've struggled with, but I think mostly due to limited resources. In our case we've been aiming for community building, growing a network, that kind of stuff. And then no matter which platform you're on, genuine interaction and a value-add mindset is key. It's generally kinda slow IMO, and you've gotta be pretty sincere...so it's difficult when your attention has to be split across other objectives. What do you think?

@alissaannepagano I'm also a firm believer that every platform has its features to boost your engagement with your audience; however, If you're B2C in 2022, I think you should step into TikTok and Instagram reels to attract people to your business profile. Thank you for your comment Alissa! πŸ™πŸΌ
Twitter is where I have the most interaction with people, so it is the most useful, currently. We will see how things develop with the new changes there. It is more important to use the platform where you personally are more comfortable. This is GaryVee's advice to as he documents everything. If you are comfortable and have a connection with people this is what will help your project the most. It doesn't have to be a specific platform. Connection, engagement, genuine interest in others, those are more the magic of creation than trying to make videos to people who don't get YOU or what you are trying to say. Testing, or better said, Experimenting with all of them has been fun for me. So I put up a profile EVERYWHERE. But Twitter is where I really like to hang out every day and visit, so there is where my greatest connections come from. Product hunt is great because I enjoy the interaction with the actual creators of new tech. turns me into a big FANatic. I also belong to a community of like-minded indie makers and that helps tremendously too. Finding a community, not to sell or market to, but to genuinely connect and work through issues together on the back side of a project is a HUGE help. Then, when you are on your social platforms, there is someone there to help your audience to urge you on. Important, part and should not be overlooked. I've grown because of the Cheerleaders in the community, even without them being customers. It's a bonus to have them in my life, that connection should really be, and is appreciated.

@mobilemediamania I must say that I also feel the same about Product Hunt and Twitter. So far, Twitter and Instagram are the fastest platforms to engage with our target audiences; but Twitter stands out by a slight margin. Thank you for your comment LaLa, I really appreciate it! πŸ™πŸΌ
