Always best to stay at home, cook your favorite holiday meal and just spend time with loved ones :)
Rissy Miranda
@sharon_paunan 100% agree. It's also the best time to catch up with the kids since they are on school holidays.

Being at home with the family during holidays is the best feeling!
Rissy Miranda
@gladys_atienza yeps. whether it's a big or intimate reunion at home is still the best feeling. Hope you have a good one!

I'd always choose to stay at home with pets, haha they are my stress-reliever
Rissy Miranda
@farisa_ottaviano this is so true. We have a 13 month old Shih Tzu and he gives us so much joy - it's therapeutic! Cheers to all fur-parents :)

Home with family. Nothing better!
Rissy Miranda
@joanduarte I couldn't agree more. It is also true that home is where the heart is, so anywhere with loved ones is also home :) Cheers mate!

Always better to be at home with family. My grandparents are visiting from Cebu. Everyone's coming home to Metro Manila. The families will be complete again. It's been really sad each year for me ever since I realized everyone is really busy with their own lives as in moving out, moving far away, or basically, everyone going their separate way. Christmas used to be my favorite season but as the years go by, it becomes bittersweet because it's the ONLY time of the year we get together with no limitations. I wish every day could still be like the Christmas season but sadly everyone is growing old and that's just how life is - change is the only thing constant.

@ger_m awww.. thanks for sharing this very real-emotions dear :) Yes indeed as we grow old, people around us also move on with their lives. Well apart from Christmas, CHANGE happens, people come and go. But hey, you know what they say, "distance makes the heart grow fonder" + they always come back, and that is something to be grateful for :) Hope you have a very memorable celebration to last the whole year round! xoxo

Home with family, though we had planned to go on a family trip. Reason: I injured my knee on a going off-trail on a trek recently. (No regrets lol)
Rissy Miranda
@kshitij_product oh dearie, hope your knee is healing well, and hope your tix and accommodation are refundable or can be rescheduled :) I love long walks though. But as age catch up I think 10km is max for me hehe! Cheers for a festive celebration with fam!

Spend Christmas at home and New year at my parents' house. We haven't been able to spend holidays in my hometown due to the pandemic so we're doing it now. :)
