I am trying to build a service targeted at university students and recent graduates. However, I need help to target that audience, and most importantly I need to find someone who can help me with that. Where can I find someone who can help me to get early users for my service.

Your best bet would be to start containing the recent grads yourself directly. Be as personable as possible, ask for feedback, listen to it and iterate your product based on it. Go as local as possible - instead of trying to get grads from every school in Europe for example, go one university at a time. The easiest method, and one where you're most likely to get through to them without ending up in a spam mailbox, would likely be LinkedIn as most recent grads would keep monitoring it in hopes of receiving job opportunities. Try the following query in Google; site:linkedin.com/in "University of Groningen" "2021" From there you will have hundreds of results. Just go straight down the list and start contacting people and offering them your service.
