The thing that comes to mind for me is "Is it useful?". I've seen many products that had time and money invested into them, the UI was heavenly and you could admire the visual side of the product for hours, but at the end of the day, if it brings no value, or the user journey is confusing, it's a waste of time. Usefulness and value of the product as well as a good user flow are primordial above everything else in my opinion.
