Swimming is what works best for me. Once you get into your "zone" and you start feeling the water, the brain cells connect better after each breathing ππΌββοΈ

The morning! Or at night around 7-9 p.m. somewhere outside of my house, so like a coffee shop.
Probably when I'm in the shower or at the gym. Any time I have period of time alone to myself.
Before falling a sleep.
mostly early morning when everything is quiet. then when i was showering and exercising.
