For us at wcrd.me, we are trying to get people to connect faster and engage in two way communication , rather than an email every two weeks. Tell me, what are you working on that you see an opportunity others aren't taking?

@excellentweb_australia Big market, plenty solutions. Sounds like success to me 🙌 P.S There seems to be a couple of loading issues with the website and I couldn't get all the images to load, other than that it sounds amazing

By focusing on the individuals' well-being it is possible to make a positive change at a society-level. It's not something I solely do right and other wrong, but I tend to believe that if you want to work with people and help people with your products and offerings, try to make at least one person's life somehow better at first. Do not underestimate the effect of addressing one person at a time. Especially when you are in the community-centric business, for instance.

@anastasiiahere I think going a step further, being the change you want to see, can inspire others to start changing as well. We need people like you 👏

@medinaluis Thank you for the kind words! And yes, absolutely, start with yourself, take responsibility for your life and inspire through personal example :)

I help people to spend less time on their smartphones and be more productive. We tend to scroll uncontrollably on social networks. I'm developing an app that will make us focus more on the present moment and use our phones more consciously. The app is https://www.minimalistphone.com/

@minimalistphone This looks awesome! I think Android is better for this concept due to the flexibility you have with the software. Sleek and creative 🦾

@medinaluis Definitely! Apple has perfect products, but creating code for their OS is tough. 😅 And maybe, it is not about the coding as the processes related to authorizations, etc., if you know what I mean.

I'm working on a personal finance app that allows you to plan for a gap year. Everyone's financial goals are different – someone wants to save for retirement, someone is investing, and someone is trying to fix a credit card debt. Different goals require a different software solution to keep you on track. My current objective is to take a gap year and travel the world after my current job. So I made a prototype of an app to help me plan for that with ReTool. Now that I see that it delivers real value to me, I'm working to make that app into a web app so that others can also benefit.

@mobilemediamania If you learn to appreciate the process, the end is just a byproduct rather than a goal. Excellent wordsmith 🤟

@raquel_yesner I think many people stop asking crucial questions that would be very beneficial out of fear of feeling alone or "stupid"

I try to make cryptocurrency more accessible to ordinary people. Often people are scared off by the huge number of different new terms and processes, which is an unfounded fear. I am currently working with 5 cryptocurrency companies and helping them adapt their projects for a more mainstream audience.
Luis Enrique Medina
@fail_men Thats awesome! I think most people are turned off by crypto due to the bad rep it has garnered in recent years, but the technology would make so much good in our society 🤓
