What will you do after raising a Series A Round?

I hear all shit about how they want more Leads, No one is talking about improving business metrics apart from the. users/paying customers. Things like LTV, ACV, Brand Awareness, Building an Audience, etc. This is what I would do: Look at my CS Requirements to improve Customer Experience. Expand my Marketing Team giving the Leader the objective of generating more revenue from existing customers and building an audience that drives the best accounts/customers in terms of ACV. Use my Sales Team to assist Marketing with amplifying Buying Experiences. (Sales After CS and Marketing) I highly disagree with Founders expanding their sales team as soon as they raise a fund. What do you guys think?
