@daniel_engels sure, there seem to be lots of general advice and tips but no concrete steps on how to reach from A to B... especially when you are bootstrapping your business.

Some practical tips

1. if you are bootstrapping, do not hire more than 2 developers
2. do not spend money on agile tools and rituals as its a waste of time and money
3. look for reducing runway by getting credits from cloud platforms 
4. iterate on customer feedback faster 
5. MVP is an illusion, make one feature end to end perfect
6. building a community is a must for SaaS. The Facebook group worked best for me. 
7. free giveaways work best if agreed for the return value
8. do not leave things to team members, guide them and lead by example
9. use your product for yourself and show your own case study before you collect from others 
10. if you can build serverless architecture so that your app is scalable from day-#1.

@harish_crawlq thses points might be very relevant for lots of firs-time startupers. By the way, it's much easier to get free credits from cloud platforms than most people tend to think.
