Haven't you thought about a private office? You have the work environment but not the co-working noise
A collaborative and noisy environment could be positive sometimes. It encourages discussions and the cultivation of better relations between co-workers, which helps to solve problems a lot faster and more efficiently.
Collaborative but peaceful
I am most productive working from home, where I can adjust the environment depending on current state of mind. Sometimes I'd sit in my office in silence, another day I'd play some music, and when needed I'd go for mynoise.net and set up some background noise :) Most often I'd play my own specially built spotify playlist that helps me to focus. It's my no.1 in terms of how many times I listened to it for 5 years straight ;)
@kamil_kollman what about private offices? have you tried one before?
@mateo_cano I haven't - I am lucky enough to have a separate room for myself at my place, so I can work undisturbed :) And while traveling, I'd usually work in libraries, they are quiet and cosy, and for most time free
@kamil_kollman yes! Libraries are a great option when traveling. Do you look these through Google? Sometimes its hard finding one
