What tools/technologies do you use to manage documentation for your product?

Document360 is a knowledge base software application that allows you to make searchable web FAQs and assistance documentation. You can also include videos, music, images, and infographics in your documentation to make it more engaging and intriguing. Users can then change the directions, alter screenshots, redact confidential information, and do other things. Scribes can be shared with specific individuals or organizations, or they can be made public. They can be integrated into a content management system, Slack, Teams, wiki, help center, or other apps.
