What tool do you use for one to one meetings? And career plan?

Hello there! Do you use any interesting tools to keep track of your one-to-ones? And what about career plans? Performance reviews? I've found a few but I do not like the approach. I like evidence-based feedback, it is not that easy to gather them and I am just using Notion. I am looking for an opportunity to build a great product.
