What to do if someone does exact copy/paste of your project and relaunch it without any consent?

I don't oppose if they take inspiration from the designs but, this is exact copy/paste and rebranding of someone else's work. The creator is one of the contributors who previously had submitted his tool to our platform: https://www.ainave.com/smartereply My questions are: - Has anyone faced a similar situation?
