What tips do you give to startups built during the Covid-19 pandemic to survive post-pandemic?

Covid-19 saw a flurry of amazing ideas and start-ups come to the fore. However, as soon as the pandemic was over many of them saw an exodus of customers and interest.
What advice do you have for them?

They should look at what made them successful and see firstly does that market still exist? For example if it was related to remote work, then they may need to target those businesses that have stayed fully remote post pandemic (or always were like Zapier, etc) or pivot a little and see if they can provide value to hybrid workers in same way.
If the market doesn't exist, then is there another market that they can adapt to relatively easily? Or did they gain some traction outside of their ICP, which they may not have done anything with at the time?
