It would be great to have In-app chat features enable real-time communication between users. Whether it’s asking for advice, sharing tips, or simply connecting, live chat fosters a sense of community and helps users feel connected to others on their fitness journey.

To be able to challenge friends, probably some leader/ rank board feature keeping track and driving motivation with friendly competition and maybe some badges or points to maintain consistency in workout routine. Real time working out with audio/ video features with friends/ community would also be nice

Challenges & shared goals, maybe even a live feed when someone is working out (not video, just reps), where you can cheer your friends on during their workout and the AI coach would then cheer them based on your input

Ok, so this is something I have actually thought about before. I used to have so many friends that were total fans of Chloe Ting. I went to go see her website a while back and was oh so impressed. There's a thread on there, where you can find people who are starting to workout or starting a specific challenge at the same time as you and then you're paired! You then get the motivation from being a part of a group. I looooooooved this! You can even encourage the person with a daily message and stuff. I honestly never ended up trying it, as I am not a fan of it all, but I thought wow, what a great idea.
