100%!! I always ask for some context before agreeing to a meeting because I do not like bait'n switch outreach. We just respect everyone's time!
I generally agree! Though, I think we underestimate "to connect, to bond, to be together" as a "why". I'm not afraid to set the agenda to be undefined outcomes of potential closeness.

Meeting invites should include "What we want to get out of this meeting" note.
