I'm addicted to Strava. It's a good source for local competition, finding new routes, tracking what other friends are doing, and of course, the kudos.

@brenna_donoghue I'm obsessed with Strava! The automatic tracking of section times on routes is a gamechanger.

I absolutely love the 7 Minute Workout app! It's a great way to stay active and get in a quick workout, even when I'm short on time.
I don't really use an app for it. I just have a routine of a 30 to 40-minute walk and light exercise in the morning.

I don't actually utilize an application for it. I simply have a daily practice of a 30 to 40-minute walk and eat salajeet and light practice in the first part of the day.
