Shoe Dog by Phil Knight. Although it's not directly a startup book, but his journey taught many valuable lessons. Other than this, I enjoyed reading The Lean Startup by Eric Ries and Zero to One by Peter Thiel. These are quite insightful!

Its more of a sales/marketing book, but it just blew my mind on how to make a great offer in a small period of time
