What's your experience with feedbacks? Did it help you build better or mar your motivation?

Sometimes I get a bit low from negative feedback but that's why I have a support network to build me back up. This was the biggest lesson I learnt from my first start-up. I've got a good group of people I can talk to when I struggle with feedback and they help to get me motivated again. There is of course this great community to talk to as well now! Of course positive feedback is amazing and just helps me to work harder!

It certainly helps build better! No other way to grow - if you didn't know the problem, how could you fix it? It may hurt sometimes, but you know people pay money to get some feedback. So, feedback is a gift! ✨
