What's your biggest lesson learned?

Hey! People always say you learn a lot from your failures-- so let's learn from each other's too. Drop your biggest failure and what you learned from it below-- don't worry, no judgment here :) I'll go first! My biggest failure was picking someone I deep down knew wasn't ready to work in a startup, to be my co-founder. He wasn't suited for the work hours, had other priorities, and didn't really like to code. He and I ended up parting ways which hurt our product launch a lot. I learned to not think 6 months ahead but 5 years ahead and to carefully think about the people I want to work with. Your turn👇
