My phone in general is pretty bad - but if I had to go in terms of time wasted it would be YouTube. It's easy to start out using it as a search engine to learn something and then be distracted for hours by unrelated content.

I also have the issue when I'm trying to learn something that I'll open a ton of videos on the same subject, watch one or two, and then just have a bunch of useless tabs that I tell myself I might watch.
