Every team out there gathers information in a way or another, can be a company wiki, a knowledge base or even a google drive with a bunch of docs with processes, how-to's, internal FAQs and much much more.
What's the one doc you go-to the most or you couldn't live without?
I'll go first 🙋♀️ our Brand Guidelines with detailed tips on how to use this or that asset, which tone of voice to use here or there, and most importantly... 🥁 the brand colors! 😅🎉

The answer for us has been google sheets and google docs. We keep all backlogs, documentations and plans in shared folders on drive. Being a small team still in it's early stages of product developement, this becomes a simple yet highly effective way to go about.
This has been especially useful for our upcoming launch on 17th August to keep a track of product features, reachout strategies.
