@qudsia_ali It is an AI calling technology that is connected to a phone number. Ideal for customer service. When a customer calls the phone number, the AI agent picks up immediately and answers whatever question the customer has. You can give the AI agent any data about your company. And it can even take live actions in the call, such as checking order status.
