What's the best way to build a solid Twitter follower base?

Do you have a link to the twitter you're trying to promote? I'd have it in your bio here on PH, since more people will be able to see it (send only the @ in the replies, linking directly is sometimes forbidden by PH). As for advice, I notice if you're small, it's better to focus on replies more than posts. Find a very recent fast growing post (>1 day + lots of likes) and post a relevant reply. Likewise, you can also reply to replies (regardless of size) that are asking a question and answer them. Once you're bigger, your actual posts will gain more traction.
