What's that one thing that would make it easy for you to launch/ship your product to market?

We have an idea and we get building. An MVP is functional but you are not sure if its the right solution or the right user you want to target or should hire someone to start marketing. You are alone or a small team and struggling to find direction. What are some of the other major problems and what advice would make it easy for you to take the next step or get you moving?

Seller at heart, helping founders sell
Build a basic 1 page website as a MVP, but speak with your potential users to validate if they have a need. If they have a need then build a solution based on the need. Don't fall in love with your solution but be in love with the problem you are trying to solve. Speak to your users yourself, DON'T outsource it.
