How things are done as a product manager doesn't translate 1:1 to entrepreneurship. I focused a lot on building solid foundations, documentation, and capability to scale. However, the focus early on should be on marketing, feedback, and revision. Rinse and repeat.

In all honesty, and I know this sounds silly, but how legal work is involved and how valuable it is to hire a lawyer early on to set you up properly. Lawyer up.
