Do you use goal trees as a north star for planning? If not, what? IE: ARR; Retention; Leads; Conversions...

picture a tree, its roots reaching deep, branches arching skyward. now, imagine each branch, each leaf as a goal. that's the visualization of our goal tree. but what's at its top, you ask? at the top sits an idea rather than a traditional business metric. it's the goal of meaningful interaction. we believe if we can inspire a single moment of connection between a person and their past self, stir an insight, ignite a smile, we've succeeded. the 'north star' for our planning? it's not ARR, retention or leads, it's the number of valuable moments we can create for our users. it's about making the avalanche of forgotten notes a fruitful garden of insights. the quantifiable metrics serve as compass, but the true north remains creating meaningful experiences.

@shajedulkarim_ what a beautiful metaphor. how do you quantify reflection, insight, smile?
Shajedul Karim
@hi_marizsa reflection, insight, smile - the unquantifiable trifecta. like painting the wind, some things resist measurement. reflection: the depth of our quiet. insight: the lightbulbs in our mind. smile: the warmth we share. their value? priceless, timeless, boundless.

Setting goals and visualizing them as a 'goal tree' is an excellent approach to personal growth and success. At the top of my goal tree is improving my physical fitness and overall health. By focusing on regular exercise, maintaining a balanced diet, and prioritizing self-care, I believe I can achieve this goal and enhance my well-being. https://www.mankatotreeservice.c...
