One common problem that i face on a daily basis is time management. With so many tasks and activities to juggle, it can be difficult to prioritize and manage one's time effectively. Another problem that i often face is staying organized, which can lead to cluttered spaces and lost items.

@prajwal_poojari something that can help you and has certainly helped me is energy management. What I mean is start managing your energy and not your time. Our energy is our fuel so, instead of doing 20 things in a day try and prioritize the most important tasks. Make sure you complete those before you move to anything else. Give it a try and let me know if it works. One way I stay organised is sometimes I spend time to make sure I stay organised. For examaple, if a new project takes me 30 min I'll spend an extra 15 min making sure I save it in the right place and if I need to share it with someone else I can do that with only a few clicks. Once you make that your habit then you will be dong it without even thinking about it will become your defualt

@mahadkamran you have to figure out what lethargy is and why humans in general procrastinate. No one is actually lazy, our brains are built to work, think about it, your brain allows you to feel positive emotions when you are productive and negative emotions when you are bored. Boredom is a negative feeling, your brain is not doing anything, is not actually working therefore it gives you negative emotions and it tries to tell you to do something. The reason we are lazy is that we are afraid. We are afraid that we will use so much energy and put so much effort and nothing will change. When someone overweight goes to the gym for a little bit and don't see any difference they give up, for that same reason, they think they are wasting their time, but all this happens subconsciously. Once you overcome this you will be more productive.
