Definitely the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, etc) and Figma for design as the core tools.
Whilst not perfect, they tie in nicely with the processes design and engineering need and are flexible enough for the scrappiness you need in a start up.
GSuite, Canva, etc all get a go, especially for anything you need to build for externals.
