I guess I am a control freak. When things go out of hands, I panic. Instead of seeking for help, I am being an introvert and I convince myself that I can solve the problem by my own. I have suffered from this trait and I've been working on this, I can't control everything and sometimes I have to let it go and team up to move forward. What about you Roy?
